The Vinegar of Vincotto® aged 3 years in oak barrels is a sweet and sour condiment of negroamaro and black malvasia grapes and is produced in Salento with artisanal and traditional methods.
It is a condiment that after aging has captured the aromas of all the various woods of the barrels that housed it.
Excellent on cooked dishes such as meat, fish, omelettes and pasta, as well as on vegetables, even fresh and on salads.
Available in 0.50 L bottle. It does not contain dyes, sugars and preservatives.
