Grapes: 85% Negroamaro, 15% Malvasia Nera.

Plant density: 4500-5000 plants per hectare.
Vinification: after destemming of the grapes, the must remains in maceration with the skins for 6-7 days at a temperature of 25-26 ° C. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is refined in steel tanks until it is bottled.
Color: ruby red tending towards garnet reflections over the years.
Bouquet: vinous, intense, ample and persistent.
Palate: warm, velvety and with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
Pairings: recommended to accompany meat-based first courses, spit-roasted meat, game and aged cheeses.
