Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed. After static clarification, the must is racked and added with selected yeasts to ferment at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the traditional short Charmat method (about 3 months).
Color: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: fruity with a pleasant hint of bread and yeast crust.
Palate: full, fresh, with a soft finish.
Serving temperature: 4-6 ° C.
