The goods will be delivered to the recipient with the National Courier in 24/48 hours from shipping throughout Italy and smaller islands.
The recipient will receive by email the tracking number to track the shipment, as well as an additional email alert on the day the goods are delivered.
Delivery takes place every day except Saturday and Sunday.
With the national courier the goods travel with special packaging provided for oil and liquids (even on mini platform), therefore in case of obvious damage by the courier, we invite you to sign with "RESERVE" in order to be able to claim insurance compensation to the courier.
With regard to the part of the goods eventually received, dented or damaged, the customer can request us:
1) replenishment of goods on the next order;
2) immediate granting of a discount coupon corresponding to the value of the damaged goods to be used at the next order;
3) partial reimbursement for the part of damaged goods.
The cost of transport in Italy will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the goods ordered.

Shipments in European countries and Extra-EU countries
We carry out shipments abroad by air and on wheels in all European countries and in non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway, U.S.A., Canada, etc.). The cost of shipping for abroad is calculated at the time of order based on the weight of the goods and the foreign country of destination. The shipping weights include products and epal platform with the respective safety packaging, to protect the customer, to prevent accidental damage caused by transport.
