Our history
This online shop was born from an idea of Emanuele Schirinzi, commercial manager of the Oleria Schirinzi Company, with the aim of offering a consumer far from this Salento land its agricultural and oil production deriving from more than 50 years of activity: the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Salento.
Since 1963 we have been millers and producers of Salento extra virgin olive oil by tradition and passion. Trust us for oil purchases for your family, in 50 years of business only we can guarantee quality and safety!
The oil company dates back to 1963 and has been handed down for 3 generations, it is located in the municipality of Carmiano, an area traditionally suited to the production of oil and wine.
